This project was brought about by my interest in the intersection of urban and natural systems. In order to rejuvenate an area of Austin’s Waller Creek, I created Floating Water Purification Pods. These pods would coax back plants, fish, and turtles, while creating a beautiful display and celebration of one of Austin’s many creek systems.
